• Project Architects
  We seek talented Project Architects with a portfolio of completed projects with a focus and ability to figure out complex design details, work with a full design team of architects, engineers and project managers and mentor young staff. We seek candidates that are capable of executing high-level design documents in a collaborative work environment.
• Senior Design Architects
  We seek talented Design Architects with strong design, detailing and presentation capabilities. We are developing a growing portfolio of project types (Mixed-use, Commercial, Higher Education, Healthcare, Department of Defense and Master Planning) with a requirement for a high level of design expertise. Designers shall have a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative work environment with project managers, project architects and engineers.
• Project Managers
  We seek talented project managers with strong organizational and excellent people skills. Project managers shall have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with a multi-disciplined team of architects, designers and engineers. Candidates shall have a minimum of 7 years of experience and must be a registered design professional. We are developing a growing portfolio of project types (Mixed-use, Commercial, Higher Education, Healthcare, Department of Defense and Master Planning) with a requirement for a high level of management expertise.
• Intern Architects
  We seek talented and passionate Intern Architects with strong design, detailing and production backgrounds. Our intern curriculum will assist in becoming a well-rounded architect capable of passing the exam within 3 years and capable of pursuing personal interests within the architectural field while under the oversight of our talented group of architects and project managers. Ideal candidates will graduate in May with a professional degree in architecture (BArch or March) from an accredited institution.

• Director of Information Technology (Norfolk Office)
  A full-time position is available for a Corporate Director of Information Technology. This position will report directly to the President and will be responsible for the overall strategic planning, organizing, budgeting and execution of all IT functions. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing hardware and software applications, and development of new technical solutions. Candidates will have a minimum BS in computer science or related field with 10 years of experience in a similar IT position. Work location is Norfolk, VA with periodic travel to branch offices in VA, NC and DC required. Experience within an A/E/C firm is a plus.

• Sr. Structural PE (Bridge) (Norfolk & Roanoke Offices)
  Minimum 5 years bridge experience in NBIS (National Bridge Inspection Standards) bridge safety inspections. PE registration desired (EIT registration required) and must be qualified to be a bridge safety inspection team leader under NBIS regulations. Must enjoy working outdoors with travel involved.
