Clark Nexsen GIS Presents to SAME Robins Air Force Base Post

In June 2018, Jose Carvalho and Pravin Mathur presented to the Society of American Military Engineers – Robins Air Force Base Post on the benefits of utilizing Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to better maintain assets, manage maintenance budgets, and increase Return on Investment.

They highlighted Clark Nexsen’s partnership with the Georgia Department of Defense to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering, Quality Level B/C services for 49 sites across the state. The Georgia Army National Guard Headquarters in Marietta was one location that saw a 169% increase in utility asset capture along with a 51% increase in their projected budget for infrastructure sustaining through reinvestment.
