Bob Gunn brings 44 years of experience to his leadership role in our Higher Education market. As a design principal and vice president, he offers our clients key expertise in student housing design and college and university planning. Bob’s calm demeanor and strength in consensus building enhance our team’s ability to collaborate and develop innovative solutions for our higher education clients.

Bob co-authored the Architecture Online Course Series for ACUHO-I, which provides student housing professionals with the tools and knowledge to maximize project process and quality through collaboration with their design and construction partners. He is a past appointed member of the National AIA Committee on Design and a member of the National AIA Committee on Architecture for Education, in addition to serving as president of AIA Charlotte.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Carol, at their home on picturesque Lake Tahoma in North Carolina.
