David Francis is a senior architect with a broad range of experience, including projects for higher education, science + technology, municipal, healthcare, and retail and sports facilities. With more than two decades of experience, he has worked on projects for clients as diverse as Duke University, the North Carolina Museum of Art, and the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. David is adept at working with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing technical design, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders during all phases of project delivery.

His current projects include the City of Raleigh Central Communications Center and renovations at Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina. David serves as an internal resource for building code issues and excels at developing cost-effective strategies for building code compliance. He earned a Master of Architecture from NC State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Davidson College.
