We are excited to announce the promotion of Georgana Turner to associate principal and Aseem Deshpande to associate. These promotions recognize the significant contributions each has made to Clark Nexsen’s growth as a leading architecture and engineering firm.

Promoted to Associate Principal

Georgana Turner, PMP, DBIA, LC, LEED AP
Senior Project Manager, Virginia Beach

Georgana is a natural leader whose project management style is distinguished by her ability to guide teams of architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders through a smooth design process. Her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and emphasis on clear communication have been key to her success managing large, complex commercial projects. Georgana’s recent projects include the Virginia Beach Sports Center, Ferguson Enterprises Headquarters 3, several projects at Jefferson Lab, and a multiple building renovation for the City of Virginia Beach that will create new spaces for the departments of Public Utilities, Planning, Public Works, IT, the First Precinct Police Headquarters, and a new city data center.

Aseem Deshpande, AIA, LEED AP
Director of Practice Technology, Raleigh

Aseem leads CNCPT – Clark Nexsen’s practice technology collaborative – and his efforts have been instrumental in advancing the firm’s use of technology to enhance our solutions. Placing emphasis on how practice technology can uniquely benefit Clark Nexsen and our clients, he established focus areas that look at how each platform supports productivity, drives innovation, and creates synergy across our integrated, multidisciplinary firm. Aseem views R&D, training, and mentorship as key to supporting our design teams in their application of various technologies.
