Diane McCann  CID, IIDA, CDT, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP

With 21 years of interior design experience, Diane McCann brings a wealth of knowledge to the Interiors practice through her extensive work on federal, higher education, and industrial projects. As a trusted partner and leader at Clark Nexsen, Diane has federal design experience for more than 50+ projects worth more than $600M in construction cost, including admin/operations centers, dining facilities, barracks, and maintenance facilities. She focuses extensively on the programming of a wide range of facility types and ensures efficiency, sustainable design practices, and optimum space utilization for clients.

As a certified interior designer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Diane holds a National Certification for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) designation. She currently serves as the treasurer/secretary of the Council for Certified Virginia Interior Designers (CCVID), a not-for-profit coalition committed to advancing the interior design profession through voluntary certification. She is also an active member of the International Interior Design Association. Diane has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
