Becky Brady Graduates from the Hampton Roads Chamber LEAD757 Program Class of 2025

Becky Brady, AIA, ALEP, CDT, LEED AP BD+C, has graduated from LEAD757, a program offered by the Hampton Roads Chamber. LEAD757 unites and inspires leaders across Hampton Roads to create momentum for positive change. Honored at a graduation celebration hosted on November 12th in Virginia Beach, this year’s graduates join over 1,700 alums in their mission to better the quality of life in Hampton Roads. 

“Being a part of this year’s LEAD757 class was a wonderful experience that strengthened my understanding of our region and deepened my connection with the people, business, and organizations throughout Hampton Roads,” said Becky. “It was incredible to build lasting relationships with leaders from diverse industries and sectors, uniting under a common goal of bettering our community.” 

LEAD757 brings together leaders from across Hampton Roads to focus on local issues and the region’s position within the economy. The nine-month program encourages participants to engage with the region and features retreats and full-day sessions hosted in various locations across Hampton Roads. Through education, partnerships, and networking, LEAD757 promotes servant leadership and aims to improve the quality of life in the region.

Based in our Virginia Beach office, Becky is a Senior Architect and Associate Principal with 20 years of experience. Specializing in K-12 and educational design, she is a leading advocate for the creation of safe and engaging learning environments. She partners with clients to develop unique solutions to meet their educational needs, which has resulted in significant contributions to multiple award-winning projects, such as Edneyville Elementary School in Hendersonville, NC. Her passion is further reflected in her extensive involvement in professional organizations, drive for continuous growth, pursuit of certifications, and authorship of numerous blogs.
