Clark Nexsen Announces Leadership Changes

Following the exciting news of our recent merger with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT), Clark Nexsen, A JMT Company, is announcing important leadership changes for the firm.

Terri Hall, PE, President, and Greg Hall, PE, LEED AP, Chief Financial Officer, have announced their retirement from the firm. The planned move signals the end of two long and successful careers at Clark Nexsen and in the AEC industry. With a combined 55 years at the firm, Terri and Greg have been instrumental in the growth and progress of the company over the last two decades. Both leaders were responsible for the opening of Clark Nexsen’s Raleigh office, which they helped build from two people to over 70. Their leadership, commitment to employees, and passion for the AEC industry have guided the firm through challenging times while growing the firm’s global reputation for excellence.

“Over the past few months, we have seen how closely JMT’s values align with Clark Nexsen’s and how deeply they care about our people and legacy,” said Terri and Greg. “This shared commitment has given us the peace of mind to step away and fully embrace the next chapter of our lives.”

Moving forward, Chad Poultney, PE, LEED AP, will serve as Clark Nexsen’s Chief Operating Officer and Chad Roberson, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, will serve as Clark Nexsen’s Chief Practice Officer. Chad Poultney and Chad Roberson’s skills, years of experience, and overall leadership within the firm will allow Clark Nexsen to continue operating at a high level. Both will work closely with Terri, Greg, and the JMT leadership team to ensure a seamless transition period. Additionally, Chad Roberson will join the JMT Board of Directors, Chad Poultney will join the JMT Advisory Board, and both will join the JMT Operations Board.
