Clark Nexsen Announces Zee Hill as Director of Human Resources

We are pleased to announce that Zee Hill, SPHR, has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources. Zee Hill is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, planning and administration of human resources at Clark Nexsen. Her main focus areas include developing and implementing innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience, strengthen ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and foster employee engagement.

With more than 20 years of experience, Zee knows the importance of designing an employee experience that extends across the entire employee lifecycle. Her experience includes successfully spearheading process improvement initiatives and building strong training and development programs. She applies a consultative approach to coach and mentor employees to their full potential in the workplace.

Certified as a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) and a SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialist, Zee is a Veteran who served in the U.S. Army as a Human Resources Specialist and completed several deployments during her service. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Longwood University, an Associate of Science degree in applied economics from Austin Peay State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University.
