Clark Nexsen Named to the CIVIC 50 Hampton Roads Class of 2025

Clark Nexsen has been recognized as an honoree of the CIVIC 50 Hampton Roads Class of 2025 by VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads and Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service.

We are incredibly honored to be named to the CIVIC 50 Hampton Roads Class of 2025,” said Becky Brady, AIA, ALEP, CDT, LEED AP BD+C, Associate Principal, and Senior Architect. “Our Virginia Beach office takes tremendous pride in its community outreach and volunteer efforts with a goal to continuously make a positive impact in Hampton Roads.”

The Civic 50 Hampton Roads, an initiative by Points of Light in collaboration with VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads, honors the top 50 companies in Hampton Roads for their community engagement. The program recognizes companies based on four dimensions of their community engagement program — investment of resources, integration across business functions, institutionalization through policies and systems, and impact measurements.

“Our Virginia Beach office is extremely active with its volunteer efforts,” said Allison Rogers, Assoc. AIA, LEED Green Associate, and Architectural Designer. “Most of these initiatives are employee led, which has resulted in deeply personal efforts and outcomes with organizations such as the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life and the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and Eastern Shore’s CANstruction.”

The Civic 50 Hampton Roads sets the standard for civic engagement and creates a roadmap for companies committed to using their time, talent, and resources to drive social impact in their company and community. Completing their assessment helps companies become more active leaders in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) field and provides valuable benchmarking data to better understand and grow their community impact. With more employee-led efforts than ever before, Clark Nexsen will look to build on this momentum with greater impact and engagement in 2026 and beyond.
