Donna Francis has been recognized as a Certified Educational Facility Planner (CEFP). She is the first CEFP professional at Clark Nexsen and one of less than 20 CEFPs in the Southeast. The Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI) developed this credential as a mark of excellence that reflects the knowledge, skills, and abilities of an educational facility planner.
Donna’s career is focused on providing quality educational facilities for K-12, higher education, and religious institutions, and she is passionate about providing spaces that support and enhance the ability for young people to learn. Over the course of her 35-year career, she has developed expertise in K-12 master planning, design, development of construction documents, code compliance, green building construction, and working with regulatory agencies.
