Ferguson Breaks Ground on New $82.8 Million Virginia Headquarters

Ferguson Enterprises Inc. celebrated a key milestone in the creation of a new headquarters facility with an official groundbreaking ceremony last week.

Ferguson is expanding their footprint with a new 260,000-square-foot Headquarters 3 (HQ3) that will open a new campus in Newport News’ City Center at Oyster Point. Once complete, the eight-story building will house Ferguson’s corporate training and development center and various corporate departments. Ferguson has partnered with Clark Nexsen to create an amenities-rich, collaborative space for Ferguson associates.
