The Enhanced Leadership Program takes a proactive approach, emphasizing emotional intelligence and facilitating behavioral change while equipping participants to master leadership skills through comprehensive teaching, coaching, and development. Training sessions teach candidates how to apply leadership principles, empower and inspire others, and create a personal long-term growth plan.
