Dave Parker  PE

Dave Parker is the Civil Utilities Practice Leader, serving public and private clients on a wide variety of project types. With over 37 years of engineering and project management experience, Dave offers expertise in storm drainage analysis and design, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer study and design, and site plan design.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Waterworks Association. Within the civil engineering team, Dave fosters an environment of collaboration that promotes quality and innovation.
