Georgana is a Managing Principal in the Virginia Beach office with nearly four decades of professional experience including electrical design, construction administration and project management for both private and public sector projects. She is energetic, highly organized, and adept at managing technical details at the highest level of responsibility. She has led various project types across markets including commercial, municipal, public safety, sports facilities, and academic and higher education facilities. Georgana offers her clients a deep understanding of their priorities and challenges. She strives to position her team for success, emphasizing the importance of clear communication and partnership. Notably, Georgana has led the delivery of large, complex projects such as the Ferguson Enterprises Headquarters 3 building, the Virginia Beach Sports Center, and the Multipurpose Center at Virginia State University. Georgana is a natural leader and assures an interactive and collaborative design process, bringing together the design team of architects, engineers, stakeholders, and client staff to smoothly deliver an exceptional outcome.

Georgana is a current member and past board member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), is DBIA accredited, is a LEED accredited professional, is PMP certified, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is certified by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP). When she is not working, she enjoys camping, music, animals, shooting at the range and is an avid car enthusiast with a specific love for Corvettes. She has participated in a considerable number of competitive racetrack events all over the east coast and is always looking for the next high-speed adventure.
