Janet Webster has more than two decades of experience in structural design and project management for a wide variety of public and private sector clients in the U.S. and overseas. Her structural experience includes design of building and infrastructure projects, seismic, forensic and blast design, as well as construction and materials expertise. As a senior project manager, she combines her engineering expertise with business and management skills to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. Janet has been instrumental in developing expanded services and new growth opportunities within the firm’s rapidly growing wireless communications sector.

Janet is a licensed structural engineer in Virginia and a passionate advocate and mentor for women who are developing engineering or other STEM careers. She has served on the Virginia Structural Engineer’s Council as a board member, including two years as chairman. She is active with the American Council of Engineering Companies and is a 2012 graduate of their Emerging Leaders Institute. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and currently serves on the ODU Alumni Association board of directors. She holds a Masters in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
