Clark Nexsen Announces Associate Principal Promotions

Announcing new associate principals at Clark NexsenWe are pleased to recognize the leadership roles of the following members of the firm with their promotion to associate principal. These architects and engineers share a passion for their work and a high metric of outstanding performance. Please click on each individual’s name below to learn more about them:


Chase Beshore, AIA, CDT, GGP, LEED AP BD+C
Chase is a senior architect with design experience on DoD, higher education, public safety, and various types of renovation projects. Chase has been in the U.S. Army both Active Duty and Reserve for more than 25 years combined and has served as an Intelligence Officer in the Reserve since his graduation from Virginia Tech in 2005 including a combat deployment to Iraq in 2007.

 


Scott Boyce, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Scott Boyce is a senior architect with 12 years of experience working with clients to create innovative design solutions for a broad range of building types and scales including corporate headquarters, research and technology facilities, and Department of Defense projects. He is very engaged in the architecture community in Virginia and more locally in Hampton Roads. Scott has held various positions on the AIA Hampton Roads Board, culminating in serving as President in 2018.

 


Rachel Domencic, AIA, LEED AP
As a senior architect at Clark Nexsen, Rachel has worked on a diverse range of project types, including, corporate and mixed-use, federal, hospitality, higher education, and laboratory and technology research facilities. She is dedicated to creating innovative and inspiring spaces that both meet client expectations and enhance the surrounding urban context.

 


Whitney Duffy, PE, PTOE, LEED AP
Whitney is the transportation department head in Clark Nexsen’s Vienna, Virginia office. With over 15 years of experience with transportation planning, traffic engineering and road development projects, she specializes in traffic signal design, traffic analysis and modeling, traffic impact studies related to various types of development, roundabout analysis and design, roadway design, cost estimates and technical specifications.

 


John Stuart, PE, ENV SP
John leads our Richmond office and is key in the firm’s growth of transportation and civil infrastructure projects for public works owners. His ability to build and support strong connections with project stakeholders is complemented by more than 30 years of experience, including two years of construction inspection. He finds it rewarding to see how investments in infrastructure create positive changes in communities.
