Chris Duncan   AIA, GGP, LEED AP BD+C

Chris Duncan has a broad range of experience that includes managing projects of all sizes, architectural design, and construction contract administration for public and private clients. He is energetic, highly organized, and adept at managing technical details at the highest level of responsibility. As a senior project manager, Chris is committed to ensuring each project is delivered successfully, and that the client experience is positive throughout the entire process. Current clients include the University of Virginia, Duke University, UNC Chapel Hill, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Chris is a sustaining member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and active with the USGBC. He is a registered architect in multiple states, a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in building design and construction, and a green globes professional. His projects have achieved various LEED certifications and designed to Energy Star ratings. He has more than 22 years of experience and received both his Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from NC State University.
