We view ourcommitment to giving back to our communities as a natural extension of our professional responsibility to design vibrant, high performing projects. Each year, we dedicate funds to deserving organizations and causes, including LGBTQ+ organizations, HBCUs, and nonprofits serving women. We empower our staff to engage with their community through our participation in charitable campaigns such as The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, and we offer employees Volunteer Time Off to contribute to a cause of their choice. Additionally, our offices host community and professional organizations, providing much needed meeting space for groups that advance our cities.
