This 350-space four level parking deck is adjacent to the new entry off of Woolridge Road on the Midlothian campus of Brightpoint Community College. The concrete deck is nestled into the steep grade to minimize the visual impact from the campus building. A bridge connection is located at the southwest corner allowing pedestrians to experience the newly defined campus quad. In keeping with the aesthetic of the academic buildings, the parking deck features brick and precast panels. The stair towers are composed of curtain wall and provide visibility at the entry points. The parking deck has access at two levels (lower and mid) by way of extended roadways. Two enclosed stairs and one elevator serve the deck.
